Pongo - I am a 6 year old male Dal mix. I
like most dogs, especially the females. When the shelter took me by the cats I
could care less about them. I love to cuddle and watch TV. When dogs or any
animals come on, I have to make sure that they stay inside that box and don't
come into the living room. I do like to walk and run, but I injured my front
paw. The inside toe is missing and the outside toe is damaged so it doesn't
touch the ground. When I do walk or run too much, it does hurt. Guess that is
why I am such a good couch potato.

Chance - Hi, I am just 1 year old, Dal/Pointer/??
mix male. I like attention and just want to play. Not all of my foster brothers
want me around, so I have to be careful around them. My foster sisters think I
am fine and will play with me. I want to have a family that will play and walk
or run with me. I have lots of energy and just want to make you happy.

Ray - is a 5 year old male, Blind, Dal mix.
He manages to get around and will learn a new setting quickly. Ray knows many
commands and listens to you to find his way around. He is good with dogs, cats
and kids and loves to cuddle. Ray is looking for a family that will give him a
chance to prove how much love he has to give.

is all white with a big black spot on her but and a few smaller spots elsewhere

ADOPTION PROCESS
If you are interested in adopting a Dalmatian from us, you will be asked
to fill out an adoption
application.
Upon approval of an application, one of our volunteers will contact you to
schedule a home visit. |
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
We always welcome new volunteers to help us with this wonderful breed.
Our #1 need right now is temporary care homes. As a temporary
care home you will have the opportunity to save a dales life! Needed medical
attention is provided by Dal-Savers Dalmatian Rescue, all you give is food,
shelter and lots of TLC! We also need volunteers to distribute literature,
return phone calls, transport, fund raisers, do mailings, computer work or
attend one of our promotional events and anything else that may come along!
Many people think if they can't be a temporary care home, they can't help
a rescue. Nothing could be further from the truth!
